The owner, Wilfredo L. Mamerga organized WLM Construction as he accomplished several prime projects, his technical skills and experiences on Civil works, Architectural Finishing works, Structural works,Plumbing and Electrical works gave him the motivation to concentrate into construction business.It has accomplished several projects large & small scale as a contractor, he has done Civil works, Finishing works, Erection of Heavy Steel Structures, Special Engineering/Construction services (Grouting works, Anchoring, epoxy application).He also constructed several Residential projects, medium and luxury class, house interiors jobs, such projects were at Valle Verde, McKinley Hills, South bay Gardens, Pentagon Homes in Quezon City, Ayala Alabang, White plains Subdivision., San Miguel Village at Makati City, Loyola Grand Villas, Cinco Hermano Village, Marikina City, Pinagkaisahan Makati City and other several areas.With his experiences, the company is confident that they could deliver or meet each project/client requirements in terms of work schedule and good quality work.
